Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to hold your place on the reformer: your name, contact details, bookings and purchases. We never sell your data.
You may request a copy of your data, or its deletion, at any time by writing to hola@mimispilates.com. We respond within 30 days, in line with GDPR.
Terms
Class credits and passes are personal, non-transferable and valid for the period stated at purchase. Prices include Spanish VAT.
Boutique orders may be collected at the studio or shipped within Spain. Unworn items may be returned within 14 days.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your class and the credit returns to your account.
Later cancellations and no-shows use the credit. If you join a waitlist and a place opens, we hold it for one hour.
